Horrible customer service. No effort nor any initiative to help me get my issues resolved. He was a tall Bi-racial guy who just seemed very dismissive and uninterested in assisting me however I noticed he was fraternizing before I walked in so I assumed he would be eager to help but that wasn"t the case. I spent over an hr at the store before witnessing the manager walk in for his shift. He seemed like he wanted to intervene and help but didn't. I've been a customer with Sprint/Tmobile for over 5 years and never have experienced anything like this. I will return to the store in hopes of a better experience since its so close to home but what an awful way to treat your LOYAL customers!! SHAME

My name is Mark Thomas & I am making this complaint because I felt one of your employees at the 3rd st & Broadway location in Losangeles was very dismissive in my interaction with her earlier today.(I believe her name was LULU I came to this location to pay a bill, while another individual was processing my payment the the system went down...I was paying with a gift card that had 65$ so I wasn't charged by the store but now I had no money on the gift card because the charges were pending for the said amount. it was gonna take atleast 3-5 buisness days for the funds to be put back on the card...now im left with no phone service & no $$$ and your employee "Lulu" basically telling me to go to hell. This is my Third time dealing with her and it always feels racially motivated.

My husband had Boost and encountered the worst service in the 1216 w 6th st location. Since then we decided to switch to TMOBILE the people here were very helpful switching our accounts and making sure we were helped accordingly. We were very happy with the help.

I bought a 10G data plan valid for 90 days. But after 30 days, it’s not working. When I went back to the store to ask the reason, I was told I have to pay after 30days in order to use it. This is not what I was told when I purchased it.

It is super hot I would love to come over and see now I realize that everything back in India I can't really do nothing California mobileis all messed up everywhere so we have to make sure the master of the day and we can charge your mobile wireless devices in the wall with your travel adapter enjoying your service
