Had to share because they let go of my dad during Covid. A man whose worked for the company for 20 years, thankfully he has a even better job now. But they offered him to come back early this year to then let go of all the ones they brought back. Shady company, shady, shady.

Number one in aircraft maintenance in Miami.

They hide mistakes from Airline Reps to avoid losing the contract. Force mechanics to use unapproved equipment to get the job done faster and force supervisors/project managers to sign work from uncertified mechanics when planes have few days left then turn their backs when mechanics lose their license (happens often). Work at your own risk.

Horrible experience ,very poor work ethic. This facility lacks of using maintenance manuals ,lots of aircraft damages due to poor management .This facility runs on favoritism.Very low pay for certified mechanics.

Depends, you say that you worked at AAR before. Did you leave on good terms or bad. Also were starting to get busy cause of the Covid-19 aviation slow down turn.
