These folks are great! Our story: We had a two year fight with our insurance company and during that time the Hammerhead team was there checking on the tarps and making sure the roof didn't take further damage. When we finally reached a settlement with the insurance company, we called Hammerhead and the team sprang into action. Brian was very transparent about the entire process, timelines, and gave us the pros and cons of each option which was very helpful when you're on a tight budget. We also had some rotting wood trim replaced and the house re-painted and new gutters put up. So this was a multiple phase project. At each point Brian was there making sure we were satisfied with the work done so far and keeping us informed as to timelines, etc. When it was time for the roof to be done, the roofing crew arrived early and took great care to minimize potential damage and debris by surrounding the lower floor in tarps and netting. It took them 2 days since we have a pretty large home but once the work was complete, the crew cleaned up the area and it was like having a brand new house again! I highly recommend Hammerhead!

Brian really knows his business. He is honest, forthright, and knowledgeable. He doesn’t oversell and treats clients fairly. He only recommends the service needed for the job at hand. I highly recommend him.

In 2018 we had our roof replaced with Hammerhead and could not have had a better experience. Fast forward to 2020, we were looking to purchase a new home. Before closing, Brian came out and looked at the roof of the new house and gave us his opinion on the shape of it. Recently we had a leak after a heavy downpour and Brian came back out to assess. We don’t need to new roof yet, but we will definitely be using Hammerhead when it is time. Thank you for everything Brian!

Brian and his crew went above and beyond for us. He fought and never quit fighting to make sure the insurance paid for my rood and not me. Not only that but they helped take care of the damages inside caused my the faulty roof! It was a long process but we'll worth it! We have recently moved and now using Brian and Daniel again with Hammerhead Roof! They are great people who actually lookout and care for the homeowners!

A leak on a roof is a major issue and should be dealt with immediately to avoid added damage. If you have construction knowledge, it's best to address the issue yourself. If you don't, consult a professional roofing company near you for assistance or at least an estimate of what the repairs might cost.
he costs vary depending on the materials used, roof shape and size, location, skill of workmanship for installation, etc. For example, to give you some price range representations of what is typical given these considerations; an entire single-story ranch style home (of any area) with a "standard" ridge may go anywhere from $7-$22 per square foot installed. A large 3-car garage at 8' high x 22'-24' wide would cost you over $8000 just in material costs if it were made entirely out of tile alone! This excludes the cost of removing the old roofing system or any other site preparation needs/wants.
The lifespan of your roofing system depends on its quality, the area it is in, and the climate. With proper installation by trained professionals, roofs can last 20 years or longer. Roofs last between 20 and 30 years depending on how they are constructed and what materials are used for their construction.
Some people do own their own roofing, but hiring a contractor is recommended. It's not advisable to do your own roofing job, as it generally requires the use of heavy equipment and other specific skills or experience - so it's best left to experienced professionals who are insured for this kind of work. It would be very dangerous to cut corners when installing sheet metal over wood rafters, because this type of roof leak can lead to substantial water damage that can affect an entire house or building structure.
It's important to remember that roof problems can't be fixed if they're not identified. Here are some of the most common signs you should look for on your own property: -Broken flashing (the thin metal piece around chimneys, skylights, pipes sticking out of the roof) -Slanted or cracked ceilings; sagging walls; creaking floors or stairs; cracks in exterior walls caused by shifting foundations. -Clogged gutters where water pools and could damage surrounding plantings)
