Waste of time. Submitted an application, got approved and was told I’d be receiving my lease that was going to be good for 48 hrs. After that, never heard from them again (Connie Rodarte was the person emailing me then stopped). She bailed on my scheduled tour & It’s been 5 days and never received my lease not to mention my move in date is now a week away. I’ve since emailed them 3x and called everyday and no one has answered. if this is an indication of how things would be like living there (i.e. unresponsive management staff) then i guess i’m relieved that i won’t be leasing here. Wasted $$ on the application fee though 🙃 terrible

2nd summer here and management still aren’t able to find a way to manage obnoxious people playing loud music after hours (the pool is suppose to be closed at 10pm) who dont even live here. Other than that i have no complaints. Im only writing this review because i have a migraine and im being forced to listen to the ‘thats 70’s show’ theme song at 10 o’clock at night Update : the speaker that was blaring belonged to management…apparently they just left it out there with the music blaring “hey now I'm a rockstar.” (Yes we’ve moved on to the Shrek intro song) We turned the music down ourselves and almost immediately my migraine has subsided.

Honestly, I don’t think I see myself moving out until I decide to buy a house, unless a natural disaster forces me out. Don’t get me wrong, the community has its ups and downs as all do, but the good outweighs the bad to me. I’ve lived here with my boyfriend for the last 16 months & we’ve been through hell and back with roommates. When I tell you that the staff was so understanding of our circumstances and worked diligently to get us through all of the chaos of renewing our lease, it could’ve easily been a nightmare. I want to give a special shoutout to DayShon who is my hero. I’m only 19 so I’ve never had to do any of this without a parent helping me out but DayShon was there to walk me through everything and I was never once worried that she wouldn’t take care of me. I’m so grateful for her patience and diligence with all my emails and all the paperwork. She is an angel. I’m so proud to call 26 at City Point my home & I’m so glad that the staff is so understanding and willing to work through anything to keep their residents coming back. I love you 26 !! ❤️

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ! ! Stay away ! Smells like dog urine on concrete elevators constantly dirty ! Valet trash never comes on time and hallways smell ! Not a Luxury property like they claim !
