My husband and I have been new home shopping and have always been impressed by David Weekley and their sales team. We have visited new builds in Mansfield and Fort Worth during our neighborhood scouting and have always been greeted by friendly members of the team eager and ready to help us. Upon reviewing Hometown in North Richand Hills and the community feel it had to offer, we were excited to stop in and see what lots and builds were available. We were met with a very cold member of the team who didn't seem interested at all in helping us. When we explained our budget was $500-$600K and then asked about the model home build, it was obvious the salesperson considered we couldn't afford it when she told us it would be well outside our price range of over $800K. We found that interesting as she showed us some of the more expensive lots and noted several builds within our price range. Really sad, I would of liked to have gotten serious about purchasing a forever home in Hometown, but this elitist quality in the salesteam really left us with a bad impression. We will be looking to build elsewhere.

This is a wonderful neighborhood unlike almost any other place you'll find in the DFW area. It's a very "small town, community" feel the way its designed.

That includes constant communication with you, the opportunity to personalize your new home with a variety of Custom Choices, your home’s own personal website with pictures to follow the progress, and our industry-leading, multi-level warranty program and dedicated warranty service representatives. Yes, we do. These virtual tours offer a 360-degree view of rooms or exterior surroundings of our homes and communities. Links can be found throughout the site for the floor plans and communities that have virtual tours.
Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
