Omg!!!!! Horrendous. I do not know how tthese rude incompetent people stay in business I still have not received my son's photos that were taken during the school. All I get is a run around and excuses when I ask where my photos are. I finally gave up and went to Foxmar. Foxmar is better fantastic and a lower cost

Thought long and hard about doing this for months, and finally decided to speak up. I went to this photo studio and had some pictures taken by a young man, and they were incredible. I ended up getting way more than the package included because I was so pleased, but asked to pay the balance in full when the pictures were developed for me to see. I was never told that this is considered to be a payment plan, and there is a fee. I found out when I went to pick up the pictures by a white female with red hair. I asked to see the policy; it’s not the money, it’s the principal. If you charge a fee, no problem. It’s business. She showed it to me, then I paid and left. I noticed that this girl is very rude, has negative body language and face expressions, is sarcastic, and very passive-aggressive. I returned months later to have my child photographed, and ironically, she was the photographer. The former employee was no longer there. No problem. This girl greeted other customers, gave me a nasty attitude, and had the AUDACITY to ignore me, and directly address my minor child about the type of pictures we were taking. I could not believe the nerve of this girl. I very quickly told her that they are a minor, and she should be speaking to me, the parent, about that. My mistake was not asking to speak to a supervisor for a different photographer, or just walking out. During the session, she was careless, and acted like she didn’t want to do it. At the end of it, she overheard me say to my child about how nice they looked in the last photo. She then passed me on to another employee to review the pictures, where I discovered that she spitefully deleted the same picture I complimented my child about. This girl is dangerous for business. Even though I paid for the session beforehand, there was no way I was going to return to this place to pick up the pictures, or for any future services. I don’t know what they did with the pictures, but I spent the extra money and had my child photographed somewhere else. I found a professional photographer, in skill and behavior, that gave me more quality pictures for less money. This company is well known in Miami, especially for school pictures, and I never had any issues with them before. Ever. Because of this employee, I will never do business with them again. Customers make the business; without our hard-earned money, it cannot function. Customer retention is key, via courtesy, respect, professionalism, a positive attitude, proper presentation, and appropriate conduct. I am sure I am not the first customer to complain about this employee, and I won’t be the last.

I WANNA SAY THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AT NICK’S WAS AMAZING. THE PHOTOGRAPHY MADE MY SON FEEL SO GREAT AND CONFIDENT WHILE TAKING HIS SENIOR PHOTOS. EVEN THOUGH I WAS MISS INFORMED ON SOME INFORMATION DUE TO A FORMER EMPLOYEE (SmithInc Visuals) ALSO KNOW AS DAVID.HE TRIED TO GET ME TO USE HIS COMPANY TO TAKE MY SONS PHOTOS. BESIDES THAT THE MANGER DID A GREAT JOB WITH COMMUNICATION AND MAKING THE BETTER FOR ME AND MY SON. 10/10 VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. WILL DEFINITELY USE NICK’S PHOTOS FOR MY FUTURE FAMILY PHOTOS. I CANT WAIT TO RECEIVE MY SON SENIOR PHOTOS.

I have nothing to say but good things about Nick's Photo Studio. I've been going to them since I took my High School senior pictures. I recently did my maternity photoshoot with them. The level of customer service we received from them was beyond measure. My husband and I scheduled the photo shoot at 4 pm but due to traffic we arrived at 4:45 pm, Claudia and Louna were so understanding. These ladies were so patient with us, they let us change into our many outfits even though it was passed 6 pm which is the time they close the studio. I don't regret choosing them for my maternity shoot. Might I add everyone there is very professional!!

You will have to come with your make-up on already.
We have different pricing for our variety of frames. It will all depend on which type of frame and what size of picture you would like.
