Extremely satisfied!!! Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Attendant at event was super friendly and made it a lot of fun. The Photo booth were awesome, They delivered our digital images to us within seconds, so we were able to share and laugh at the fun we had together. Thank you for help making Fitzone Christmas Party a night to remember! Definitely recommend their services.

ORIGINAL POST Miami Event Photo Booth- Beware of these scammers! After going back and forth with Miami Event Photo Booth for over two years, I’m sharing my cautionary tale in the hopes of saving another person money and time. February 14, 2020: I contacted Miami Event Photo Booth because I was planning a 200+ person landmark birthday party for my spouse at our home. The party was planned for March 28, 2020. The Terms and Conditions printed at the bottom of the Invoice states that “If provider cannot perform this contract due to fire or casualty, strike, act of god, or other cause beyond the control of provider, or due to operator’s illness or emergency, then provider shall return the retainer to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract…” March 17, 2020: The event was ultimately canceled due to Miami-Dade County’s mandated quarantine. Miami Event Photobooth responded that their “management team has put into effect that any events that are canceled/ postponed due to the Coronavirus can have the deposit transferred to a future date within the year (excluding holidays).” This was not a mutually agreed upon provision, nor a permissible addition to the existing contract (as stated in the Terms and Conditions). July 27, 2020: I emailed that the event would not be rescheduled. This is because the event anticipated many out of town guests, and because the previously anticipated 200-person guest list was not possible. The same day, I received a response that the Terms & Conditions “still stand as we were able to still work and have been working during the COVID-19 pandemic.” If the Terms and conditions still stand, then the inability of Miami Event Photo Booth to perform their end of the contract due to an “act of god, or other cause beyond the control of provider…shall return the retainer to the client..” July 31, 2022: I inquired again about the return of my deposit. The company asked me when I had rescheduled the party. In the 2.5 years since the initial event, much has transpired, including among others: (1) the landmark birthday has passed, (2) relationships have ended, (3) some invited guests have passed away, and (4) I have relocated. RESPONSE TO MIAMI EVENT PHOTO BOOTH “Multiple options and solutions” were not offered to me. You all told me to reschedule an event, which in this instance isn’t feasible. Any business with the least bit of situational awareness, emotional intelligence, and cultural responsibility would acknowledge this fact. The issue here is contractual. I agreed to the terms and conditions of your provision of services as presented on 2/14/2020. There is no section in the originally agreed upon contract that provides Miami Event Photo Booth the power to unilaterally apply a standard or term to an existing contract. The application of the rule regarding rescheduling an event would have needed to be applied to a newly drafted and executed (i.e., mutually agreed upon) contract. Period. Miami Event Photo Booth is well aware that there is no explanation or remediation sufficient to satisfy this client. Further, there is no universe in which I would ever engage with this “business” again. Their unscrupulous, underhanded, illegal (yes, the contract addition is illegal on its face) tactics and indignant inability to utilize a customer-centric business model will be their demise. A different response would’ve made me a customer for life. Today it’s me who is in the unfortunate position of fighting a company over something that was outside of both of our controls. Tomorrow it’s you and your loved ones holding the bag for an event that you are very excited for, but is rendered impossible. Each time, there will be a shady company (here, Miami Event Photo Booth) keeping money for services it will never be able to provide. Caveat emptor, and Good luck!

My wedding was on Saturday 3/16/2019 and everyone has had nothing but great things to say about the photo booth from Miami Event Photo Booth!! We had so much fun taking pics that we even extended it for another hour!! The attendant was great as well and we had so much fun with her! We chose to have the scrapbook made for us where each little photo strip was pasted into by the attendant and our guests were able to leave us well wishes by their pictures... We loved it!! They were also so amazing that they custom made my photo strips to match my wedding invitations! They were BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much for playing a big part in our wedding being as enjoyable as it was!

We used the services of Miami Event Photo Booth for our cousins Quinceañera Party and we are so happy we did! Our party was on 3/16/2019 and the overall experience was amazing! The guy who they sent was so nice, he made the experience even better, I would recommend everyone to book with these guys, worth every penny! thank you guys for the amazing experience, and when they say unlimited photo strips OH THE MEAN IT! My 4 year old alone took about 10 pictures, tons of props too! Thank you so much! Very happy client :) I would use them again for another party :)
