Horrible ---- simply Horrible !!! On Saturday July 9, 2022 I contacted 2 Enterprise Car Rental location - both off State Rd 7 (1st location: 2150 South State Rd 7 Miramar, FL 33023) and (2nd location: 2090 North State Rd 7 Hollywood, FL 33021) trying to rent a Minivan - both locations told me they had the Minivan and when it was time to go and pickup the Minivan, I had someone to drive me over - while driving to the first location, the response is, "oh, I have been calling around to see if our other locations have a Minivan because we don't have one." We arrived to the 1st location around 230 pm just to make sure, if a Minivan came in, we would already be there because Enterprise closes at 3pm on Saturdays. No Minivan had arrived. I started checking the internet to find another location, because time is against me. I located the 2nd Enterprise, speak with the Reservation Dept and was told, "yes, this location has a Minivan available!" I immediately give my name and necessary information to hold the Minivan and I asked the Reservation Dept to please, please, please call the location to let them know I am en route to get the Minivan, and was told not a problem , you will get the Minivan ... While en route to pickup the Minivan from 2nd location, I called back to speak with the location directly and was told the Reservation Dept shouldn't have told you a Minivan was available plus we have already started preparing to close ... I told the woman I am about to pull up to your location, to please make an exception - we needed the Minivan to go out of town for Church purposes .... We got there right at 3pm - the entrance was blocked🚫 ... Myself and my Church Sister was so devastated !!! I'm trying to post my experience and its asking for star 🌟 rating. --- I have no star 🌟 to rate Enterprise Car Rental ... System is forcing a star 🌟 rating in order to post my experience, so it shall be 1 star 🌟

Wow what a difference people could make. I was there last week and the service was excellent !!!!! Back in the days i stopped going to that location. The people that was working there were horrible glad to know none is there anymore. Many people i know had the same complaints as me. I left super happy

Staff were very unprofessional. Very poor customer care. The rental agent literally refused to explain the charges on my account. Or maybe she didn’t understand the charges herself…I asked to speak to a branch manager. Was put on hold for 15minutes. No one picked up the line. I had to call Enterprise complaint line…The representative was pleasant and explained the charges to me in less than 5 minutes…(charges were correct). I will never rent front Enterprise again.

I made reservations for a car. And was told I would have to take a wrecked car. I did not take the wrecked car. They bypass 3 white customers with the wrecked car and offered it to a young black man. They gave him a really low rate and told him to go to the airport and get a better car. Horrible service.

There is a little box located outside the office, specifically dedicated to receive the car keys there in. Just drop them in and make sure they are secure in. That's what I did both times I rented cars here.
Yes you can, however they wont check it in till next business day. You will still be responsible foe the car. My advise is to ask the manager what are your options.
