Is always closed for (REPAIRS) what kind of repairs you could possibly be doing 50 percent of the year? And so many cameras for a PLAYGROUND there’s something odd going in there.

There is coyote at this park. I observed one walk into the middle wooded area between Monarch Lakes and Trilogy. Those of you come here often should know the bushy wooded area im talking about. Educate yourself on this. I wasnt aware of the nuissance they are becoming in Florida until i reported it to the Florida Wild Life, although they will not do anything unless it is aggressive. Their advice was "no need to be scared" but to be aware of your surroundings when visiting. FYI, not Monarch Lakes Playground, but the Monarch Lakes PARK.

Bigger park than I realized. Lived here for almost 3 years and only just ventured out there. Nice walking paths, lots of grass. One covered pavilion for parties, nicely decorated bathrooms. A natural conservation area is to the back along the perimeter, and one of the walking paths takes you to a basketball area and small playground for kids. Looking forward to cooler temperatures again, so I can walk more. Not enough shade for me to tackle at the moment.

This park just a few years a go was so small and underwhelming. Many kids had fun there but it was lacking. Now i feel like there was more consideration put into the park, making it a better experience for both, parents and kids.
