Pool has been closed for various weeks. Not sure why the management can't get that fixed. When I write a comment on the community board, they delete it. The front gate will never operate so don't let that fool you in terms of safety. The gym is great but some of the machines need repair. There is a water fountain next to the gym but the filter hasn't been replaced since I moved in this past March. The red light to change the filter is on but nobody seems to care.

I moved to Solano at Miramar in April 2022. Our leasing consultant was Jhennifer Aro who made our move in process the best we have ever had. She answered all our questions immediately. She made sure all our documents were ready for move in day. My daughter arrived for a surprise visit and the office kindly accepted my request to have her allowed into the apartment while I was at work without any problems. Solano is a beautiful complex and surrounding areas.

New here! Jhennifer honestly has been a saint to my family! She is very informative about the whole move in process. The apartment is nice and spacious. Keep your apartment clean and you won’t have any issues. Definitely worth the place. I’m all cozy in now and satisfied. As for the noise level in the neighborhood... it’s pretty quiet to me. Everyone seems very friendly and easygoing. Nice pool and even a playground for my kids on site. Gym is spacious and clean too.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this community. We moved from out of state and did everything electronically upon move in our unit initially seemed okay however after about 2 weeks we noticed there was an infestation of bees in the master bedroom closet. The management team sent out a specialist to treat and kill the bee hive in the wall, however they left the dead bees and the nest inside the wall which resulted in a horrible smell (like dead fish). It became unbearable to the point we had to be moved to another unit. Corporate did pay for us to relocate to another unit a few buildings over (same floor plan) and covered the moving costs and our rent for the first 2 months to compensate. Outside of the initial horrible experience moving in, we were overall dissatisfied with the community. The units although renovated inside are older on the outside and not maintained very well. The are multiple buildings with visible cracks in the stucco some buildings have damage where people backed into the garage or swiped the side of the building, in the 1 year we were there these units were never repaired and are an eye sore. We rented a 2 bdr townhome with the bonus space, honestly for the price they are charging, there are much nicer/newer communities nearby. The noise is also horrible all we heard was drag racing along REDD road all times of day and night. I would not recommend choosing a unit that sits near the street, they are not sound proofed well at all .Even with the hurricane impact windows, you can still hear all the traffic/street noise. Last but not least the gate rarely worked and was usually open for anyone to come in. Out of the 12 months we were there, the gate worked maybe 2 of those 12 months. The notable mentions for the community would be the pool/clubhouse they did renovate the clubhouse/gym which is very nice. The pond and walking trail are also a nice feature. Most of the front office staff are nice and friendly but that doesn't make up for the subpar community.
