If I could describe my first impression at Atlántico at Miramar with just one word, it would be “wow!” The community is definitely eye catching due to its cleanliness and aesthetic appearance. The staff is extremely welcoming and give off genuine and positive vibes. Yolanda, our leasing agent is professional, on-time, respectful, and answered every single question perfectly for our move-in process to be the best of the best! She is very quick, responsive and I could not be happier to move into this community! Thank you for everything. On behalf of, Dalyanis and Jonathan!

Very bad community. Bad management and very rude. Don’t fix stuff as needed. My dryer is not working well and it’s very old, they refused to get new one. We’re living for almost 4 years. Never update the apartment when we renew, never paint it. In the last year they started renting people on drug and so many nasty behaviors we see every day. Too much noise after midnight. Strippers and street girls. As a family this is not acceptable. Specially when you have kids. So many things stoled from front door. My SUV was stolen two years ago and they don’t even care and charge me for the clicker for the gate, saying it’s not their problem it was in the stolen vehicle. Dogs are walking with no attention from owners. My neighbor asked her dog to attack me because I asked her to take her dog when he was chasing me. We notified them we’re not renewing the lease, they sent us a letter the next day. “You have to move because we’re not renewing the lease for you”.. So rude and idiot. The community now is trash. We’re moving.. Don’t recommend .

I have been a resident here for almost two years. Never in my life have I lived a place where the community management staff adheres to ALL details of the live in community. Everyone at the office is prompt, easily reachable, and quick to solve any issue that you could possible think off. From Jordana to Angela to Kattia and Clara, all the wonderful girls are always able and ready to respond. The maintenance staff in onsite almost 24 hours a day and many times i have actually seen them at 2am resolving an issue. I have visited many communities in the local area and NONE come close to the attention to detail that Atlantico offers. If i had to single one thing that stands out above all else is the wonderful community events that Jordana puts together for the residents. Almost every single month there is something new and awesome going on at the club house. All paid for by Atlantico. Thank you atlantico for making the community a wonderful, peaceful, and clean place to live. I am on my second renewal and could not imagine not renewing a third time.......

Really nice community, some buildings are not finished yet. But price is a higher than average. Still good to consider if you want to live in New community with lots of amenities.
