Went in for shots with vetco. No they do not take care credit. Even though Petco says they do. The vets were awesome and did a great job though.

Had to wait over 45 MINUTES to get help. Only one person working a register and one to help everyone on the floor. Sold me fish infected with ich which killed fish I already had. REFUSED to honor their grantee and replace the fish. Shop at a real pet store that properly cares for animals.

Usually I come here and have a positive experience however, I am extremely frustrated from my last visit. I came in a few days ago looking for epsom salt for my betta fish who was struggling with dropsy. I’ve never dealt with this issue before so I watched multiple YouTube videos explaining how to treat it and they all said to give him an epsom salt bath. So I go to the store to pick the salt up and I asked an employee for help finding it. Very condescendingly, he said something along the lines of, “We don’t carry epsom salt here. For that you’d want to go to a human drugstore as that is a product only for humans.” Like bro I’m just trying save my fish I don’t know. I told him that I wasn’t totally sure what I needed and that I was just following the guide of the YouTube videos. He then said “yeah everyone thinks they need epsom salt but that’s not a thing for fish, what you want is aquarium salt.” So I bought this big thing of aquarium salt, went home, and gave my fish his salt bath. Only to find out a few YouTube videos later that what I really did need was epsom salt, there is a HUGE difference between epsom salt and aquarium salt, and aquarium salt would only hurt my fish more and kill him faster. My fish did end up passing a couple days later but to clarify, I do not blame the store for my bettas death!! My main frustration comes from the effort that was made to make me feel stupid for looking for the correct product. If he had suggested aquarium salt without the condescending tone I wouldn’t be writing this review. There is a lot to know about fish and I don’t expect the employees to know EVERYTHING. It’s just extremely frustrating when you’re made to feel stupid when you were in fact, correct.

Stopped by with my visiting niece who wanted to pet a ferret as they are illegal in CA. Staff was so thoughtful and caring not only letting her hold one but telling her all about them. She was in heaven!

Usually the cats that are up for adoption are at least old enough to be spayed or neutered. 8 mo or older or rescues that need a good home.
Vet is at the store on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. They do routine vaccinations only.
Dont understand the question
Why would you ask that here? This is Google maps not a request line.
No. I dont. Call the store.
If you don't find the ferret at the shelters, Petco does run sales on the ferrets pretty often. Price ranges from $79-$139 with most sales on ferrets at $99. Source: Petco Community
The one in Federal Way does. I am not familiar with the scope of services offered
I agree with rocket league 2. All vets have a wand that reads chips.
