Today I spoke with Zack regarding a home improvement loan application that I submitted for $3,000. He said that I wasn’t approved due to collections and charge offs. What they failed to look at is that I have several established credit accounts and am a home owner. But they don’t want to look what you have done to being credit worthy. They focus only on the bad. Tell me why I was approved through them on June 29th for an auto loan by Mercedes Sidhu but not for a home improvement loan? We’re talking about less than half the money. I turned down the offer for the auto because the miles on the vehicle were too high. So instead, went down to Jeep and Chrysler of Olympia and bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade for my daughter and a 2018 Audi A3 for myself. All thanks and help through Chrysler Capital and Ally Bank in which I give great thanks to both who found me worthy and both vehicles are $30k each. Zack simply replied, well, I’m sorry you feel that way. I said, “ That’s exactly how I feel. You can approve an auto loan but not a home improvement loan. Then he proceeded to ask, are there any questions that you have? Pretty much saying without saying, I don’t care what you’re saying, I’d like to get off of this call. So what I’m saying is that Reliable Credit, isn’t so Reliable.

This company was good to me. They gave me a loan when I did have bad credit and of course the APR was high. But people have to realize they are taking a risk of lending you money. They don't know how responsible you are...clearly not that responsible. There was an issue were I couldn't refinance my car with them twice which is understandable. Overall I paid on time every month and no one bothered me. I received great customer service everytime I called.

Got a call from the store in Federal Way Manager Christoper, thanking me for taking the time to do a survey and I thought that was good business and personal acknowledgement customer service. I needed a loan but since I'm rebuilding did not want another inquiry on my credit, but it was worth it. I got approved and was able to pick up my check and all this was done in 30 minutes time. Not saying I will always expect just take 30 minutes for a loan, but I happen to have all the things I needed to be approved. Reliable just keep on impressing over and over. I really thought they could not get even better, but they did. I will not go anywhere else, although the rates are a little higher I still think it's worth it especially if you are rebuilding. Because I pay them on time I have been able to get other credit cards from other department stores, master card and my credit score just keep on climbing up and up. I will never miss a payment or go anywhere else. They treat you good and they will help you if you trying to help yourself by paying on time and doing what you are suppose to be doing to help your account. So if you are rebuilding your credit or just want to do business with the best and tired of the rest please come to Reliable credit where your loan is in reliable hands.

That's a Good question i need to know bvz i paid off my loan a year early..aye let me know
You can but dont
“Giving” the car back before you have paid off the loan is considered a voluntary repossession, and will screw up your credit even more. You wouldn’t necessarily have to pay back the remainder, but the amount you owed when you relinquish the vehicle is reported. I suggest a couple of things, 1. If you are in a better credit situation now than when you first bought the car, try to get refinancing through someplace else, 2. If the resale value of the car is more than what you owe (remember, you need to get the early payoff amount, because the interest is accrued, represented as an annual rate, and you will need to ask how much the payoff is even on the exact date you actually get a check into their hands), then try selling it yourself, or trading it in if your credit is better then when you first got the loan. As long as call them and state you need to arrange for a voluntary repossession, and bring them the vehicle, they also have to deduct the $ they auction it off for
Yes
Call them and ask
Car loans only. None the less, never do business with them.
