Meers Store excels in what they do: create deliciously mammoth-sized burgers and deep fried things. Besides that, the food is a failure. $4 for tasteless skinny shoe-string fries in a cardboard box. Is it possible to fail at BLTs? Yes, at the Meers Store it is possible. First, the menu states “Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and MAYO”. Please know that there is a difference between Mayonnaise and salad dressing. There is nothing more unappetizing than biting into a sickly sweet glob of salad dressing when you expect MAYO, and there is nothing more defining about a place where people who work there do not know the difference. As for the paper thin, short, yet plentiful pieces of bacon scraps, they were generously piled onto the “ toasted bread” which ingeniously ( I thought) was merely a hamburger bun used backward to give the illusion of bread. It was the worst BLT I have experienced. If you go to this place because if its unique home on the range, old- time pioneer feel, stick with the burgers! Finally, I have to tell you that the people who work here could not be nicer folks. I might have made a bitter complaint upon exiting, but why ruin the moment for the hardworking and friendly individuals that were just getting through the day?

We had such a great experience here. The old school atmosphere is so cool and the staff was very friendly. The burgers sides didn’t disappoint- super fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend taking the time to stop by and try it out.

Very limited menu and the staff acted as if they did not want to accommodate our group of family that had just finished a military service at Fort Sill. They split us all up into 5 separate tables and made a big deal out of that then without asking who was on what tickets, they wrote a a separate ticket for each table and added gratuity. The gratuity was no big deal but asking them to break the tickets up for the right families was. I'm not going to discuss the food or the limited menu just the horrible experience. That speaks for the whole facility

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. Start with the worst run down ram shackle ever. Then at the 24 minute mark, the waitress tells us that the kitchen lost our ticket. When she finally brings out food, it was wrong and had to be remade. The place is disgusting on just about ever measurement. Don't even think of using the flooded restrooms. I highly advise never stopping here. Awful in every way. Photos are of the horrible restroom. The menu was marked out since they are out of nearly everything.

You can place an order for pickup. I ordered a burger and drove it all the way to Tulsa. They were happy to pack it "to-go" style for me so we could reheat the patty when we got home. I would call them to verify if they do call ahead orders for pick-up though.
Open
They had to stop selling beer though. Some new law.
There are not but you can get close to eating the beef brisket and ask to see if you can get a salad on side or even getting a burger and remove the bun. You may ask to see if they can remove the bun.
Yes they are.
They are. But make sure you keep them on a leash for their own safety
Definitely not. This is a restaurant for beef lovers. There is not even chicken.
Not sure, I think sometime in the early 1900s.
Yes. It is handicap accessible.
Face mask and distancing. But no mask when at your table
Closed Mon and Tues.
We went yesterday, and yes they are.
I was there on Sunday the 21st. The inside dining was open. We got Buffalo burgers, which were great, followed by excellent pie. The weight has to be for the finished cooked product, and they're generous at that. The waitfor us wasn't that long contrary to other answers. It's well worth going and just one of those things tied with our trips to Medicine Park and Elk Mountain.
Idk about March 9th but they do have wheelchair access.
Not in the past :(
I don't believe they take reservations.
Yes they are at 10:30 am. Closed tuesday and wedbesday
I do not think they use peanut oil, best option is to give them a call. They are great people and will meet any needs they can for the people they serve.
Think of the most generic, southern style menu physically possible with little to no options or variety.
The best. They raised their own longhorns, and you can taste the difference. You'll be measuring steaks and hamburgers by their standard. Their hamburgers are served in a pie pan. Don't leave without trying their cobbler, too. 👍
We serve our campfire steaks after 5pm
