I have visited this store location a number of times as it is my favorite. The staff with whom I’ve interacted here have always been friendly and efficient. A couple of months ago, I visited this store regarding adding a service onto my account, and met both Mariana and Dalleli. Both were busy, but they teamed so well together and were so kind to me, clearly explaining how to use the service I’d requested. I recently had a nice conversation with their manager, who agreed that these young women were terrific employees. Thank you, Mariana and Dalleli.

I bought my phones at Costco to save a couple of bucks, but they didn't know anything and didnt offer help. All they cared about was selling a phone. I'll never buy a phone there again. On the other hand the AT&T store knew everything, especially Ken, who was great and explained everything. He showed me some easy ways to use features on the phone which were new to me....like getting the Sim installed since that was beyond Costco, accessing apps, and some photo features. The AT&T store is the place to go.

The manager Michael went above and beyond regular service. I have been in customer service for over 40 years, He was awesome. I highly recommend this store and his staff.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Federal Way location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Limited people inside. Required to use sanitizer upon entering. Barriers at tables while you meet with employees, and these are just the things I observed while getting set up. They're doing a great job keeping customers and employees alike safe. No worries here
