Everyone at CarMax we're great very professional and great personalities. Shanna was fantastic and worked very hard to get me my car and she made it happen for me. Dustin was great also and helped. He was out of the office for a week so Shanna took over. Also, Cameron in the Service Dept. also was great and very helpful he made sure everything was taken care for my car also great personality and very professional. My wife and I had another amazing experience with CarMax in Boynton Beach. The whole crew there are just so very pleasant and helpful. Our sales associate Joe Zampano was like a breath of fresh air. He was so helpful and patient with us. Never made us feel uncomfortable like the way we’ve been treated at other dealerships. Absolutely highly recommended. Thank you again Joe for treating us very well. 🙂🙏

Big dealership of used cars with service area. Was treated fairly and got a fair trade-in value. The process was completely painless. It took probably an hour in total to sell a car and walk out with a check. Overall it was clean and well cared for. The children's area was basically worthless. The men's restroom was filthy and the light didn't work. It looked as if someone smashed the sensor for it.

They'll rescue you from your car if you need it gone without the hassle of selling it yourself, but the price you'll pay is built into their offer.. seems fair.
I thought Car Max was easy to deal with, but Car Pro across the street gave me $700 more (20% more). I would go to both places if you are selling.
best bet, use Kelly's Blue Book to get an estimated value on your vehicle. but remember, Carmax has to make money on selling your vehicle so expect 33 percent less than the current value. also, buying a brand new car always depreciates as soon as you drive off the lot.. I would suggest calling them directly. but by the sound of it, you would probably be better off selling it on your own..
I did have a good 👍 experience. Carmax wasn't always like this but they have come a long way. I purchased two vehicles from them. There customer service is almost as good as Chick-fil-A. Good going Carmax
Usually it is.According to what day of the week. But there Good on Customer Service.
Unfortunately no
I am not sure.
Yes, I have helped sell a car to them for an absentee seller, someone just has to get the car to them so they can give an estimate. all of the paperwork can be handled digitally or by a FedEx
CarMax will offer to buy your car, even if you don't buy from them. If you buy a car from CarMax, you have 7 days to bring it back, no questions asked.
I don't work at carmax.qq
I bought there recently and have nothing but good things to say about them.
The buy cars and sales
CarMax will buy any car regardless of year make model or issues
I don't personally carry vans...but I'm sure CarMax does. Try their website, give them a call or just go there.
Normal hours
It was explained to me that some work is done by local garages that they have an arrangement with. Some is done on site. Yes you should call first.
You should call them and talk to one of the salesman about what you're looking for and have them located somewhere maybe at another store out-of-state if it's something you like they will bring it in for you at a small nominal fee I believe it's 225 or 250 they bring it from out of state no obligation if memory serves me right so good luck in your adventure have a good New Year's
Take your car to CarMax for pricing. Usually they make you an offer in less than thirty minutes.
You need to take your car to CarMax first. They will appraise your car and then show you what cars they have in their inventory that matches with your wants and budget.
I wouldn't fix it up! The biggest reason is that the Carmax can do the repairs at less than half the cost than you can. They are pros at evaluating cars...and can estimate pretty closely what it will cost for them to repair it. Depending on what the Carmax likes to keep on their lot, they may just wholesale the car out...in which case it makes even less sense for you to spend the money.
No, it's closed Sat & Sun Open Mon-Fri 7:30-6:00
