Great gym. Very clean and machines are new. The trainers are amazing. Classes are so fun. There is a good variety of times and types of classes. I love the outdoor space on the second floor. Even when it's busy I always find a good spot upstairs to complete my workout. I gave 4 stars because the price is a little high.

This gym is the best!!! I recently started MMA classes and I have no words to describe how great coach Kevin is. He’s very professional, friendly and always pushing me forward. I am very happy to be learning from one of the best!!!

I started going to UFC when they opened and never thought I’d train on the bags or on the jiu jitsu mat. My plan was to use the machines and do my usual workouts. Then one day I took a kickboxing class with Coach Kevin and then another one and another one. Then before I knew it I was doing private classes with Coach Kevin and training on the bags and jiu jitsu mat. He’s given me the strength and knowledge to better myself. He’s an amazing coach and drills the fundamentals and teaches you fantastic technique from the get go. He’s beyond qualified and I couldn’t be happier to be training under such an amazing coach! Love this gym and my coach for all the opportunities they’ve given me!

Coach Kevin’s kick-boxing, BJJ and 1:1 self-defense classes are a MUST take. He’s thorough, detailed oriented & has 39 years of martial arts experience under his belt. He’s big on technique and form before moving on to the next step. I still have a lot of work & training to go through but very happy with my progress!!
