I went today to buy a product that I needed and the young lady that help me was singing loud at the same time she was showing me the product very unprofessional and immature, then she didn’t even ask me for my phone number so I can get the points, then she ask me if I wanted a bag for the product that I purchased , not happy with the service they should hire people that really want to work and treat the customers with a happy attitude like they care so the customer can continuous going there to buy the products that they need instead of going someplace else , and also missing a lot of products , not a very pleasant experience, what is happening to the USA that I new 😌

I placed a pick up order and thank god I checked the products before driving away because I was given a SAMPLE product that’s already been TRIED ON and was clearly wide open and had makeup stains all over it. When I noticed I immediately went back and was given 0 explanation and was offered NO APOLOGY. They switched the used product for a new one and put the used one back on the shelf. Disgusting. I could’ve gotten an infection.
