Absolutely horrible place with no customer service skills or sense of urgency. I spent about 3 hours waiting for a patch on a tire when they told me it would take about 15 mins. Then when I asked after the first hour was complete I was told “If I didn’t feel like waiting why did I come in” horrible place and way to speak to customers never returning there again.

-Customer service -0 -Appointment was at 8am. They help me at 830am and I left at 1030am. -Location is super dirty, no wifi, no coffee Please avoid this Location. Really bad experience.

This is the place to go for auto care around west pines. The service and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! Plus they do the job well and quick. Don't waste time and money at other questionable care centers and just go straight here to Firestone. They'll do it right! 👏

I had the worst experience with this store and the manager, Charlotte Greggs. I was ignored and disrespected from the moment I walked in. She immediately told me that they are too busy for any more customers for the day in the rudest way possible. The funny thing was I only needed a receipt printed for my records for a lifetime alignment but she still made me wait 20 minutes for something that would take 1 minute to do. I understand employees are spread thin working retail and are very busy. A company like Firestone to put a person like Charlotte in management is shocking. I will never visit this store again and I hope this company respects their customers enough to replace the manager at this store. I hate to have to leave my neighborhood to get my car serviced.
