Excellent service from Bosco, Mike and Charles! I came in for an oil change and didn't know I had more than one screw in my tires. They repaired my tires, didn't charge me an arm and a leg and were just the sweetest to work with. They really made my day! I would highly recommend!

Had a horrible experience at another location. Was recommended by the district manager to go to this location and the experience felt like a completely different company. Tye and his team took excellent care of me and my wife. They discovered the brake clips we had installed previously were not installed correctly and put in a new pair of brakes for us. They also made sure to test drive the car for an extended amount of time to make sure the car drove correctly. We really appreciate that they took the time out to make sure we were taken care of and Tye personally called us after we picked the car up to make sure everything was okay. This was our 2nd time every using Tire Kingdom and this location really rebuilt our expectations of this company. This location is a little further from where we live, but we will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

First of all I want to think tire Kingdom and Jesse my service writer for helping me again my windshield wipers changed after I went to three different places on my enterprise rental car they were the only ones that could get it done without me laying out any money out of my pocket thanks again for the extra service this is the place to go if you need wipers orange anything on your enterprise vehicles as long as you have approval from enterprise but Jesse want the extra mile and got the approval done When I get my regular car back I’ll be back the service was excellent

I never have a problem with the one in Pines .The biggest problem store is the one on 27 avenue in opa lock or carol city across from hard the stadium .There corporate office still handle the situation poorly... No one can tell someone about their experience unless they were there. If they messed up the person tired that personust know what state the tire was in. Price rocketing is another big thing these worker appear to know how to manipulate the prices in the computer much of thieves. Serving coffee and whatever doesn't guarantee excellent service and quality fix on any vehicle .No one can buy me with food and all kind of superficiality things. It takes a lot more than that. I have been to pines store the service was ok . Hallandale it was ok...All the stores you would sit there and waste a lot of time to fix your car because guys are bad on multi-tasking over all 27 store is a negative zero on all levels and that are deceptive there.
