We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the park! They are making a ton of upgrades and are about halfway done. The upgraded RV sites are all paved with artificial turf and nice landscaping around. We enjoyed the pool and walking our dogs each morning along the dock and admiring all the yachts. The staff was friendly, the park well kept, and the location fantastic. We will return for sure!

This place is awesome!!! The renovations they are doing is making this place top of line! The office staff was so nice and we were also greeted by the manager Donnie who helped us get situated and then took the time to show us all around! We feel so welcomed here and this place is definitely different then others! I wanted to make sure to write this because of the reviews I saw before coming here but it is nothing like some of them say and they are truly doing everything for a better experience for us. I am very happy we found Yacht Haven.

At first glance , this is a bougie looking place. Big yachts, and fancy boats...That don't belong to the park but just add to the image they are trying to present.This is a poorly managed, dishonest, parking lot with no privacy We got to the site and our reservation which we got an email confirmation about was switched to the smallest site. We were only there for a couple of days and we're tired so didn't bother to argue. When we got there we noticed that the whole place had only 2 washrooms....more like port-a-potties. They were absolutely disgusting! They showers required a $10.00 key card which no one told us about and we had no problem paying for, but they too were horrible. We used our own which was also fine.... Next we find out that there was a COVID BREAKOUT (that we were only notified of after we got there and after complaining) and they were short staffed. You would think they would up the protocol on cleaning but NOPE! But that is NOT the worst of it...as we are having breakfast... workers just walk to our site and open a pit..which was on the site and just started doing what ever...no communication, no asking permission, no notice,. Just random people who walked over doing something while my family was there. After complaining about all my concerns... 1. Construction making it impossible to enter the area with easy and an rv (not their fault but should have notified us) 2 COVID BREAKOUT 3. Filthy 4. Random people on my site working with no notice 5. Lack of registration info ( no shower key given) 6. 2 port-a-potties in the whole place that were disgusting! 7. Pool open...even with covid BREAKOUT and the list continues!!! The management who was clearly defeated and exhausted because I could not have been the first to complain... apologized. ONLY FOR THE WORKERS TO SHOW UP AGAIN...WHILE WE WE WERE GONE...again no noticed, or communication. We caught them as we were pulling back in. This was by far our worst RV experience so far and we have stayed at many places. If I could rate this negative infinity I would. Not recommending...stay away with a ten foot pole.
