I went here to get my son’s birth certificate a couple weeks after his birth and the service was excellent. We walked in and there was no wait. We were in and out in under 10 minutes.

I just received a call from you guys, especially someone named Antonio. I hope his direct supervisor can speak to him on his phone etiquette. No need to have a god complex over the phone. I’d recommend having other people call patients back because this guy clearly thinks he’s above everyone and has a total lack of respect. Hopefully I receive a call from someone that isn’t disrespectful.
