June 2022: Here's an update on the experience at Cobalt Lofts after staying at Cobalt Lofts for more than a year now. Pros: A good place to live, it's clean, no bugs. The maintenance people are friendly and prompt. The previous concierge was good. I remember Sherryl is the only person at concierge worth mentioning. I believe there has been a change since March 2022. Cons: 1. Redbull Arena crowding: Especially during the match days which are very frequently during spring and summer. You will be stuck in the traffic for hours only to get home from the Harrison Path station. The roads are blocked and there is no way that you could get to Cobalt Lofts. They say that there will be people to escort but no one really helps when there is so much traffic to be handled. 2. The river odor: The River water smells bad and most of the time, the tap water in the apartment also smells the same. The dishes from the dishwasher are all stained from the minerals in the water. The water is not potable at all. 3. The Courtyard noise: If your apartment is one of pf those facing the courtyard, you will be hearing noises from the partying going outside. They say that the glasses are sound proof but they are not effective. And that's especially troublesome when you are working from home (that's pretty often nowadays), sick or just want some peace of mind. Last night someone started playing loud music on the courtyard sound system, so much that everyone had to step out into their patio/balcony to see whats going on. And the only thing the concierge had to say was "Where is it coming from?, I don't know how to stop it!". Whereas the concierge should be most aware. She also called my partner trash in front of me, except that she was not knowing he was my partner! June 2021: It's just our 1st week so far. And it's been an awesome residential place so far. Looking forward to much more fun and activities where we get to interact with our neighbors!
