There's an outdoor common area with artificial turf, and plenty of landscaped bushes and flower beds but no open grassy areas. You can go right across the nearby river however for some parks, and there are plenty of parks a short drive into town

Thank you for your question! We will have a dog park outside along the river in the near future. We also have our own dog park (Periwinkle Park) at Cobalt Lofts. The closest park, Riverfront Park, is just across the Jackson Street bridge in Newark, which is about a 5-10 min walk.
