The car buying process took less than 2 hours at the dealership from arrival to leaving with the car. Abe in finance was very straightforward, although he was informative on packages and warranties, but wasn’t too pushy. Completely ecstatic of my new purchase of the 2022 NX350 Sports edition. Sales Rep. Patrick Jones and Esequiel, Finance Manager made the transaction feel so effortless. The warm welcome provided by both was definitely 10/10. I must say hands down, North Miami Lexus’s attention and courtesy is so much better than Pembroke Pines. I’m glad I waited a year to purchase a car that literally breaks necks! The car seemed like it was waiting for me and I’m glad I walked out with suv that suits my personality. Thank you!

Outstanding! Today my wife and I flew down from Tampa because the model my wife wanted was only available from this dealership. I'm not certain why we couldn't convince the local dealerships we were going to buy one in red or black only but this dealer definitely understood. We literally left the house at 8am flew to Miamo and drove back because these guys listened when we said we wanted a specific model. We got home a little after 6pm because we we drove back (obviously) but it was totally worth it. Carlos F. Was the salesperson, Mauricio was finance, and a couple other folks were totally professional, polite, courteous, and helpful. One gentleman (who's name I did not hear) explained all of the controls and tech in the new 22 NX, they also washed and waxed it! I was thoroughly impressed and my wife and I were both quite pleased with the entire transaction. I wish we were not so far away because I'm certain I'll be happy to visit again!

We trade it in 2019 Lexus ES – 350 for a new 2022 model. The service was excellent, especially our sales person, Roman Santana. The transition was very smooth. The dealership offered many services including a spa but we were unable to take advantage of these additional services. I would highly recommend Roman, he is accommodating, helpful, and responsive. I also recommend Lexus of North Miami.
