I rented the apartment two days ago, and they gave it to me dirty, with grease in the refrigerator and in the kitchen, with the smell of cigarettes and fried food. Really gross. I am outraged.

BE AWARE! This sunday we were going for a family ride this afternoon when we got at the bike storage, our 2 bikes were simply gone!! We were told by the lady from the lobby, There are more cases been investigates of stolen bikes in Sole Mia. We are really disappointed with this situation.

I am reading many negative things about this place, and I can only disagree. The rooms feel good in size and I guess everyone is different. Many things are just subjective and before you move in you should get a good look at the place. Amenities are super great! It feels like home and that’s what i love about it. Always a pleasant welcome from our amazingly friendly Concierge. The Leasing Team looked after us from day one of moving in.We moved away from Brickell to escape Traffic and Noise!! Never looked back!! We are Happy living here...
