Very poor customer service. They lose and misplace peoples mail. The female who answers the phone at the leasing office, I believe her name is Rachel is VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.They never answer the phone.

Provably the worst place in North Miami to live. Lying promises, marijuana everywhere, lack of concierge and cleanliness, the impressive and beautiful lagoon is just to see, as access is only two days a week, is as bureaucratic as possible, and this is just the beginning !

Leaving a one star because I can’t leave 0. Worst customer service ever. Don’t see Caroline. Wait to see another leasing person, it doesn’t matter who. Just wait. You will feel pressured and she is so fake. Will not be leasing here.

Horrible experience. Never received my refund. They never answer the phone. Be aware! Worse experience ever.. Updated 1/11/20 I finally received my refund via check. But to get it, I complaint a company to Florida Attorney General’s Office and also complaint about this company to BBB. Then I sent email where I said that I did that and will work with my attorney to claim a case. My money was sent to me via overnight check and on the next day I received it. I still not understand this company, why they are not able to send money right away. You need to file against them complaints, but then they sent it via overnight check. If you can’t get your money, don’t wait for a months (how I did), just file complaints against them. I hope that this review will help both parties, and Solemia management and consumers (who was affected). Thank you.
