After I discovered an engine problem with my Subaru Ourback, the Parkway Subaru Service team, including Brooke, handled my surprise and dismay with great skill and understanding. They acknowledged the problem, immediately moved to resolve it, and have earned my total trust. The service team is the best example of customer service, anywhere. I'm very happy to own a Subaru from Parkway.

Visited Parkway for the first time, last month after relocating from Northern VA. We were very impressed with the personalized service and were almost treated like VIPs. A routine maintenance call identified a serious wheel bearing problem. Because we had to make an out of state trip the next week, they squeezed us in, had the parts, and got everything done in a few hours. Unbelievable! We brought 2 cars so we could do some shopping while waiting. The 2nd car (a Toyota) need air in the tires. Rather than send us to a gas station, they insisted we pull in to the Express Service Land and checked/filled all four tires. They even gave us a really good recommendation for lunch. The 55-minute drive from Sunset Beach to Parkway Subaru is well worth it. We found them to be professional, honest and friendly. Overall a great experience. Gary and Connie K. Sunset Beach

So, on Friday 1/7 I went into this dealership (not having own a prior Subaru) and left with a 2022 Subaru Outback and as happy as I can be. From the sales person to the finance guy, the process was quick and painless. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. If there was one thing for me to complaint about, is with the finance guy whom a month later still have not corrected some information on my paperwork, even though I was told it was going be corrected. As a whole though, I was very happy with the dealership and my purchase. I feel I got a good vehicle at a decent price. I would highly recommend Parkway Subaru of Wilmington to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My wife and I were looking to buy a used vehicle and really wanted to buy from a local dealer. I spent quit a bit of time looking at vehicles at many different dealerships in Wilmington. It's sad to say that a few of the dealerships were not very customer oriented. I spent 20 minutes on two different dealership lots and not one sales person approached me. Now, i don't like aggressive sales people but you should always acknowledge a potential customer and at least let them tell you if they're buying or just looking. I said the above because this was not the case at Parkway. My wife was in touch online with a sales person and i stopped by one day to look at a few vehicles and was there for only a few minutes when I was approached by Jason Erdely. Jason was friendly and listened to what I was looking to do. Jason let me look at 3 vehicles and was very friendly and we talked while I looked at the vehicles. My wife and i found a car that we liked and my wife came by one day when Jason was off and met a seasoned car sales man by the name of Leroy. Leroy provided my wife with lots of information to make her comfortable in the vehicles we were looking at helping her go through the pros and cons of each, if any. Leroy spent all this time with my wife even though he knew Jason was who we were initially talking too... Jason provided a print out of the vehicles we were interested in and also kept in contact with me over the week that i was thinking about the car there that I liked while I was still seeing what else was available. The messages were friendly reminders that the vehicle we liked was still there and Jason even said he would come in on his day off if it was more convenient for us. My wife and decided on purchasing our new to us car, a 2012 Toyota Sequoia based on the vehicle but also because of the sales staff and their professional but friendly nature. Would recommend Parkway if you are looking for a vehicle whether it's new or used....
