I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I've had serviced many times at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Wilmington over the years, and they always do a great job! Drew is usually my service advisor and he's always awesome to work with, he makes sure everything is attended to and keeps me advised of the process along the way. If you have a Wrangler, don't risk taking it anywhere else, take it to the amazing professionals in the service department at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Wilmington!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Hendrick’s Jeep in Wilmington, NC thanks to Drew in the service department. He met us at 7:30 am and calmed me down with his smile and thoughtfulness. He provided a very personal and caring experience. He was very responsive and polite. Thank you for providing the Uber to and from breakfast and Drew recommended a wonderful crepe place for breakfast. Your entire team was exceptional and I am continuously bragging on my experience. I will highly recommend your dealership in the future. Thanks again.

Hendrick has done my oil change twice on my 96' Jeep XJ, love being able to go somewhere and know I’m getting MOPAR service. Hendrick does have good techs, every time I’ve gone they’d do a good job inspecting the car top to bottom and they always catch my oil leak from my rear engine seal. Kudos because most places don’t even look and or say anything. But it’s an old Jeep and I think it’s just “marking its territory” as it were, haha!! The problem and why I’m giving three stars, I went in June 6th at 9am with Dylan Chancellor, for a multi point inspection, tire rotation and oil change. This took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. That’s a long wait! This has happened both times. Granted I’m ok waiting that long, they’ve got a lot of people to work on. What I’m definitely peeved about is hearing some weird noises from my engine bay a couple days later and seeing a bunch of oil all over the bay. They forgot to put the oil cap back down. This is basic knowledge and for an oil change close to $100 I’d expect to not have problems like this. Especially because driving in the rain could have allowed water into my engine. I’m so glad I checked before the rain started shortly after I found out. Other than that, it’s an ok dealer I’d recommend them for maintenance items just make sure to check under the hood right after. Never know when someone could mess up and you’ve got some missing oil. I’m glad I checked before my road trip!

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had, so much so that I am taking time out of my busy schedule to write this review. I bought a 2020 Ram Rebel on the 8th of December and by Christmas Eve my vehicle broke down overheating because there was oil and other foreign agents in the coolant system. I had to have my truck towed back to the service department dealership. And so far have had almost no communication on the status of my vehicle and we are approaching two weeks on Friday. I feel that my complaints and concerns have been treated as a joke and the service department and the dealership as a whole have only done the bare minimum in remedying the issue. The sales experience was great and made me feel comfortable but past the point of driving it off the lot I have only been given the impression that I am A mere dollar sign. The vehicle was clearly not serviced prior to sale, and has caused possible irreparable damage to the motor of a 2020 Truck!!

Yes! This is now standard practice in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. All cars are cleaned when they arrive and before they leave.
Absolutely! For regular maintenance as well as major service. We recommend making appointments!
We work with all major lenders and some small! We have major relationships with all banks to help provide our customers the best rate possible on their new or used vehicle!
Yes! We also offer ride shares such as Uber!
Absolutely!
Indeed! I sent a pre owned Land Rover to Orlando this past December!!!! Call me! James Reynolds-910. 799.1815
Yes, we are now open until 5pm on Saturday's and 6pm Mon-Fri.
Yes, that is correct!
Yes, we can normally do a "little loose". If it has major body damage we would send it to Port City Collision. They are Chrysler Certified and handle all of our warranty repairs. Feel free to go online or call 910-799-1815 to schedule an appointment.
Robby is correct. Some of them do but not all of them.
We will always do the right thing by a customer. We stand behind all cars we sell and you are given a warranty at the time of purchase that we pay for. The only exception to this rule is when you purchase one of our as-is cars. I would still recommend you have the car brought to our shop and let us check it. Please contact the service department.
Never seen a bank take back a car AFTER the finance application has been approved. Maybe your application was just pre approved??
Neuwirth will stand behind the repairs we perform. Please return the vehicle to the service writer that helped you and let us see what is happening. Thank You
I believe they can. I would contact their so egg vice department to verify.
It would depend whether or not your warranty is exclusive to Neuwirth or is one that specifies you can use any servicer.
I'm sorry, we do not stock that wheel. It is $417.00 plus tax and mount balance of the old tire. We can have it by tomorrow if we know by 3pm today. I hope this helps!! Thank you :)
Sorry for the late response! We might have, but if by chance you're still in the market for a vehicle we would love to help!
Yes, if you ask them to
