Terrible experience living in this community. It brands itself as a luxury apartment, but it failed to provide the most basic service - the security. I keep hearing all kinds of break-ins (cars, package rooms, storage rooms, etc) throughout my entire period here. My own storage unit got just broken-in. The management team did try to enhance the security, but seem to be useless. Their rent hike for renewal is UNBOUNDED! They exempt themselves from the rent hike limit posted by the California law. For my recent renewal, I got a +30% hike quote. It definitely not worth at all. Please take these safety reviews seriously. It is really happening in a regular bases. And it WILL happen to you eventually.

I just wanted to give a quick review to my new home because it is amazinggg. It's a great place to live in! From the pool/hot tub to an awesome gym and other amenities. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to my requests and concerns. Location is incredibly convenient to jump on the freeway really quickly. I am happy with my decision to stay here!

me and my husband recently moved in here & it’s been great. We love the space and the environment. People are respectful here and the apartment is super dog friendly (which we love) !!! All of the staff is amazing and easy to work with. They made the process easy and are so friendly. I would recommend living here!

Best place I've ever lived! This complex is great. Top features: - Soundproof walls. I have never heard my neighbors, and no one has ever complained about my 4am EDM sessions - Very good AC. I survived the summer with 70F interiors during 110F heat waves. - Good washers and dryers - powerful, reasonably fast, and side loading - Good kitchen and utilities - large fridge, nice stove/oven, GREAT dishwasher. Amenities are probably nice, but seeing as I moved in during covid I've never actually had a chance to experience them. Suggest negotiating for cheaper rent, since you can't use the closed amenities. Parking is free for first car per person on the lease, $100/car/mo after. We have had some problems with package theft, but management was responsive and arranged the secure mail room. Overall fantastic place. I will be sad to move out.

The freeway noise isn't intrusive. The parking garage faces the freeway and seems to block out much of the noise from the freeway. The ocational person racing down Fair Oaks is much more noticeable. Also it's under the flight path for Moffett Field so sometimes there will be a c130 or private turbo prop landing late at night. However my bedroom window overlooks a fountain in the courtyard and that is the main thing I hear and it drowns out whatever freeway noise there is.
Yes, the nearest store is only 0.2 miles away! We are 3 miles away from Whole Foods and Walmart.
