Just like other reviews mentioned, you can literally hear every footstep/furniture moving/stamping from your upstair neighbors everywhere. Talked to leasing office multiple times but they can’t do too much about it since it’s the hardware sound insulation problem. My suggestion: don’t spend 3k$ per month just for waking up 3:08AM right now hearing ur neighbors’ footsteps like me(btw they don’t do anything wrong, it’s the sound insulation problem between floors). Will add more issues later.

Our experience at Lakeside has been wonderful! The staff have been super helpful, especially Kevin, Liam, and Charlie when helping me find a lost package. The amenities are all brand new and well cared for, the grounds are beautiful, and there is plenty of outside space to roam around.

We have been living in one of these apartments for about a week now in temporary housing. After touring almost every community in the Sunnyvale area, we found the apartments at this location to have the best value. The kitchen appliances are all Samsung - much higher quality than those found in apartments for the same price point. AC/heater works very quickly to cool/heat. Sound is isolated well. I do not hear my next door neighbors at all, so this place is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet while working from home. I would also like to point out how great the leasing staff is here - one of the biggest reasons why we are choosing to lease here. Kevin gave us a very friendly and well informed tour of all the options within our price range. We met most of the staff during the process and found them all to be both professional and personable.

I has been living here for about a week and things are going rly well so far. I want to give an updated & fair review: Pros: * very new apt so you will have new amenities * Leasing office & maintenance team are very good people. Charlie from leasing office and Spencer from maintenance are rly helpful who helped me a lot during my move-in and stay * good location, very close to Lawrence expy and 101 * gated garage, haven't seen any break-in Cons: * The installed fan required by Sunnyvale law is rly loud and runs 24 hours which drops the temp then thermostat starts to work to warm up your room but because of the fan your room temp drops fast and thermostat keeps working and that generates a high electricity bill but Spencer managed to help me solve this problem so if you have this concern you can request a maintenance check-in * I think the apt is currently short-staffed so you may expect few days for a maintenance request * washer & dryer can be loud but I think that's just very common so not really a big con
