very affordable and decent! But parking is horrible, street parking is very hard to find as well. Strict street signs making it even harder to find parking if you do not want a ticket or to be towed.

No problem here. Parking is limited so you have to park on the street after 6pm
It's a bit limited. Mostly grocery stores and a Target within 2 miles. Grocery Outlet Bargain Market and Lucky Supermarket are within walking distance. There's a little more on El Camino Real about 2+ miles away.
