Small review: Have been in this place for almost 2 years. The community is pretty good. Well maintained and nearby to many places(that I usually to go). One thing that would add as a social person is to have some sort of activity like a small sports competition or party where all the people in the community are invited. About maintenance team: The maintenance team has really improved in time and now I see a response within an hour from the maintenance team. Ray Valdovinos had helped in kitchen disposal which was a priority task with water getting clogged. Thanks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I lived in the community for 2 years and I would give 0 star if it's an option. If you just want a place to sleep, then this is the best place you can get. If you want a better experience, go spend your well earned money somewhere else where it would be utilized and appreciated. 1. They don't value existing residents and kept increasing their rent. 2. Maintenance team is a joke. When we submit a maintenance request, we specifically asked to NOT enter our unit while we are not at home (it's an option when you submit the request). They still entered our place and did their work. They will come in and stick around for 5mins acting like they are fixing the issue then leave you with the same problem. On another occasion, they came in to fix a broken door handle and somehow the door handle was still off the hinge when they left. 3. The front office is rude, lazy and doesn't respect your privacy. They take random breaks throughout the day claiming to having lunch. They mainly sit on their cell phone all day. I once saw a prospective tenant stand out the office because they were observing they lunch and couldn't get off their phones to assist the person. What a disgrace it is for me to be even living here

I am enjoying living at Mission Pointe. I have a large balcony and have a beautiful view. The grounds are well manicured and well kept. I totally enjoy the exercise area and the pool. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and respond in real time to any assistance I may need.

It was a great time living in this lovely community. The community is beautiful, has decent amenities including swimming pools and tennis courts you might actually want to use. People living here are nice and kind, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests were promptly dealt. All the maintenance and leasing team member were kind, I would like to thank Brenda for resolving my questions and requests in a timely manner :) They also returned my deposit after reasonable deduction for general after move-out cleaning.
