Manager was disrespectful. Forgot 3 burgers had to go back waited on fries and nuggets for 10 mins. Very slow ( high staffed). Got our burgers, burgers are freezing cold. No Napkins. All around bad would not recommend. Cashier was respectful and very understanding.

Wish there was a 0 star option. This Wendy’s is terrible, it is nearly impossible to actually get flipping food here . Went through drive through and was told they didn’t have enough staff to serve customers that we would have to download there app and order food through there then proceed to go back through the drive-thru .Went through the process of all that nonsense then went back through the drive-thru to be told they were out of frosty’s …….We only ordered frosty’s. Wendy’s please close this location and allow another restaurant possibly relocate . Shameful Wendy’s , I will probably never frequent another .

Really hit or miss. Today it took 30 minutes for them to get through the 3 cars in front of me, and when I got my order, I was given regular nuggets instead of spicy, and there was no bacon on my son's bacon cheeseburger. I ordered through the app, so there's no way they could have misheard my order. Disappointing.

I'm disappointed, the quality has gone down here. I don't know it's because they're short staffed or if the staff doesn't care anymore, but the wait times are insane to the point that several cars left the drive thru. When I finally got my food, the veggies on my burger were moldy. I couldn't even get someone to help me so I could get it replaced or refunded. The guy working the counter was on his phone, with his earphones plugged in, I guess listening to music. I used to love that place, but the food isn't good anymore, and the employees attitudes are even worse.

This location is horrible. I waited in the drive thru 13 minutes and finally gave up. All I ordered was a kid meal & there was only 1 car ahead of me. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Yes service is extremely poor and closing 3 hours early.
