Apparently, this is a "Baconator". This is what they handed me today. I politely told the cashier that this is incorrect and that a Baconator has 2 pieces of meat & 6 strips of bacon. Alicia, was the supervisor on duty and she said to me in the meanest way you could speak to a person," well you gotta tell me that you want a double or triple. If you don't tell me I'm giving you a single." I told her that there isn't even an option for a single Baconator on the menu. She just stared at me and said that my order was right. I asked for a refund so that I could go to another Wendy's where they would make it correctly; she said no. I asked for my receipt so that I could complain to whoever is over her. She said that they were out of receipt paper. I give up.

They have a paper sign saying they close at 10 pm is barely 9:30 and the employees are being lazy. These guys don’t work and get paid they have another sign saying drive thru closed and dining room open lol 😂 they have the doors closed and hide on the back.

Both times I've tried to go here there has been no one at the window to take orders. Came during business hours and waited several minutes each time. Today no one was inside, but there was an employee talking to someone through a car window outside. Very weird. Would have liked to place an order at a place that's "open".

It was ok, not to busy and slow service for so little patrons inside. There were a couple of what looked to be Franchise owners in the dining room that briefly went behind the counter. They didn't speak or acknowledge me or anyone that was a customer. Order taker was friendly and dedicated to her job. She said she Lives there. They are lucky to have her.
