Lots of small issues made the visit unpleasant. No frosties were available, even before 7pm, I had to repeat my order 4 times as the employee kept forgetting it or kept forgetting to enter it into the system, they tried to give me the wrong meal at the window, and they gave us the wrong sauces and refused to exchange them for the correct ones because we didn't order the additional sauces. Also heard the employees talking negatively about us right as we started to pull away from the window.

0/5 stars. Seriously? Closed during regular posted business hours (last week). Today I tried again. Thankfully they were open, but after waiting an eternity in line and being yelled at through a distorted drive thru speaker I received a completely incorrect order! Not sure how this Wendy’s stays in business. Pass.

Service was not good. During the order process we stated we needed to amend the order, worker says ok we make the change and proceed with the rest of the order. Nothing was taken off only added? Once that was noticed, the whole order became in question, finally thought we got it straightened out, get to the window, all 3 food orders were wrong, no sauce after being asked ??and drinks had ice after requesting no ice ...best of all no receipt was handed to us nor was the restaurant open only drive thru or pickup. After stating that we asked for no ice, our drinks were handed back and they fished out the ice and handed the wet cups and cupholder back to us? Straws and All soaking wet! 1 lid was cracked so it wasn't safe to drink out of with a straw...so wrong food, wrong drinks, ice in drinks, no sauce and no napkins. Very bad experience I believe.Slow down, double check your orders and ask if you don't know ..the customer appreciates the extra care.

This Wendy’s is awesome! My husband and I go there all the time and they almost never mess up. Today they gave us the wrong order, so my husband went back to get it fixed. They were super apologetic, made our order fresh, and gave us a large frosty for free. Awesome staff and hot food every time!
