Pulled up about 7pm they was out of 2 items that my family originally wanted.. Chicken salad sandwich, dessert item... even though they closed qt 10pm. Person on the intercom was very disconnected, so low speaking I could barely understand her. However the 3rd item my mother decided to go with was available and she said it was good...

Very long wait and my sandwich was cold. No exaggeration it felt like they pulled it out the refrigerator. When I received hot sandwiches to replace the cold, it was obviously the original sandwiches reheated possibly in a microwave because the meat was dried out and almost black in places.

I came to get an Uber Eats delivery which most restaurants would have had ready before walking in the door (including every other Arby's I go to) but it took nearly 15 minutes to be ready on a very slow lunch day. This caused me to lose an $8 tip. The person working the front counter seemed incredibly incapable and took forever to bag up any order which was the reason it took so long. Also considering that two other customers in the 15 minutes I was there came back to the counter because they had food missing from their order I would not be surprised if the person forgot something in my order. Again a probable reason I lost a nearly $10 tip. Get some competent employees please. I can't deliver from restaurants that I can't trust to do their job properly.
