For at LEAST 6 months, this location has failed to repair or replace their shake machine. Ask the staff what's up, and they'll tell you that management won't put the money into it. They don't seem to see that they are losing business as a result. All the other staff and service is super. BTW - I DID fill out a form to notify Arby's Corporate a few weeks ago (no change).

Staff were really nice and tried to help offset me not being able to get a shake I ordered online, but I’m not a soda/lemonade type of person. I was pretty upset at first, but a lot of my upset was at a totally unrelated event happening at the same time. Regardless of my personal matters, they did try their best to make it right, but I opted to have customer service just give me a refund for the shake. The staff have always been very friendly to me

I appreciate when I receive pleasant and attentive service. The young lady appeared to be working both drive thru and front counter during what was probably a lunch rush, she handled everything very professionally. She was courteous in requesting the patience of the inside guests while completing the orders for drive thru. I wish I had gotten her name because I want her to be commended for her excellent customer service.

So very glad that they finally opened the dining room again! I absolutely HATE using drive thru's. I'd much rather go inside to order carryout. Friendly staff, fast service.
