If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in line for 10 minutes while every car in front of me ordered. When I got up to the drive thru kiosk no one said anything. Waited a few minutes thinking they were busy and would take my order soon. After 5 minutes I said hello and some guy came on The speaker stating they were closed for the night… it was 9:30pm and their website says they close at midnight. Spend your money elsewhere or at least go to a Wendy’s you know won’t close randomly when you are in line.

IDK Why people come to fastfood restaurants anymore. The stuff is never right when you order it or it's cold just like in this case. They had a big sign saying they don't take Chase Cards huh??

This restaurant does not deserve the current 3.3 star rating so I felt compelled to review. This Wendy’s is ridiculously poorly managed. I don’t blame the employees. It’s leadership/management issues. I’ve reluctantly ordered food here for years. I’ve had many terrible experiences, too many to recall. I’ve had other issues here but more recently I’m done going here because I swear no matter what time I come they say they are shift changing and to wait 15 minutes. The times they actually take my order they’re out of this or that, their payment system is down, soda machine is broken or some other excuse. This is almost every time I go here, maybe a few times a week, all times of the day. I’ve never had this experience at any other Wendy’s or fast food restaurant where almost every time there’s a problem or a stupid shift change at always-changing times. This place is a total waste of your time, I will drive 10 minutes out of my way in the future to order anywhere else.

The old manager was great, and needs to be brought back. The place was never perfect and never will be, but at least he cared about customer satisfaction. There’s always a long line now, and you can’t even get a few BBQ sauce for the wait.
