Went through the drivethru, waited five minutes before I heard the faintest wisp of a sound from the speaker. Tried to order, but it just wasn’t possible with the lady on the other end being so quiet. Went figures the speaker must be broken or their mic settings were low. Went inside order from the kiosk and to tell them about the issue. The two people manning the front desk paused their conversation just long enough to listen to me explain the issue, then stare at me blankly and go back to their conversation. From then on I was pretty much ignored. While waiting for my kiosk order, I just heard constant yelling from the employees at each other. Constant verbal abuse. Eventually someone who seemed like a manager showed up and that talk stopped. 50 minutes later, and after noticing my order number had been removed from the ‘in queue’ sign without them ever calling it (I was standing next to the pickup area the whole time), and after bringing that to the attention of the suspected manager guy, I finally got food. I’ve had some sorta-bad experiences with this place before but this takes the cake. I’d have left if I hadn’t paid for my food before realizing what a dumpster fire this place was gonna be.

I was personally struggling with social anxiety and panic attacks previous to when ordering a treat and wanted to just ask if I can pay one for myself and the other for a driver behind me as a surprise and delight to make someone's day better. The manager was rude and scolded her employees for taking too long since the employee at the window was struggling to understand me and I tried to be as clear as I can that I just want to order one milkshake and give the other to the driver behind me, the manager then rushed me to move and scolded her employees again for being too slow as I was trying to be nice. This triggered me to have a panic attack and I just left with one milkshake since I felt pushed around. At the window I tried to be quick since people behind me were hungry too. My review: Manager is unprofessional. Scolds her employees and probably some customers. Unacceptable management and behavior and highly encourage that she gets retrained or replaced since she doesn't care about anyone except for herself and the numbers based on the incident. Perhaps she was just stressed and I envy her, but scolding employees and rushing customers is not acceptable. I know it is a McDonald's and the restaurant often has this reputation, but just be professional is all...

It's fast food so I don't have a lot of parameters. That being said it's fast food so I expect my order accurate and fresh. This location had trouble getting simple things correct. Had to go back to the counter twice for corrections to our order. Didn't feel like there was any particular concern. Though the employees seemed friendly enough. Not very organized and could have been cleaner.

I am sorry to report that they have a problem with getting their orders correct. I place my order on the Kiosk and it was still made incorrectly. I ordered grilled chicken and receive breaded. Tried to talk to the manager but she was to busy. The items were labeled Grilled chicken but were the Breaded chicken. This was the third time this month. Definitely need a manager to FIGURE OUT THE RIGHT FIX.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service that I have ever seen In any restaurant
Even if it is open the management is pretty surly. Don't get the fries, they give small portions and if you question it they give you attitude.
Lunch starts about 11 am I believe.
