I went to this location and signed up 3 vehicles for unlimited car washes. I also signed up to have a vehicle waxed. When my vehicle was done, I mentioned that not only were certain parts of the vehicle not waxed, but there was obvious dirt along the left side. I was told by a service manager that I could bring the vehicle in Saturday morning and get it re-waxed and polished. Upon arriving, I was told by a service advisor that they could not honor the wax and polish noted on my receipt. I then talked to the convenience store manager and car wash manager, both who were unable to help me. The car wash manager wanted to talk about the dirt on my vehicle instead of making it right. To get a refund on my wax, I was told I would have to call a corporate number and that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back. This is not how you treat customers. You don't offer services, not deliver on those services, and then refuse to make it right after promising to do so.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and the attention to detail on a car wash while using the monthly pass is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. When you go talk try and talk to a manger there always busy and when you do talk to them they say they did a good job on the wash. Even when you pay the extra 10 dollars for the mud prep they can’t even get that right.

Paid close to 30 bucks for works wash. Exterior looks great from 10 feet away but lots of missed areas with water spots. Also like someone before said, the wheel well trim and door sills we're obviously not wiped down. The interior didn't look any cleaner than it did when I dropped it off. The Dashboard still had a fairly significant amount of dust and there was still a Starbucks napkin in my passenger foot well? I don't think they actually cleaned the inside after I looked at it when I got home. Place looks nice but terrible job. Halfway tempted to cancel the charge on my credit card.

Really sweet and knowledgeable salespeople..but for the price I paid though I expected my car to be finish and dry when they said it was ready. All the seats were soaking wet and the guy who was detailing didn't know if the keys were in the car or not. Items were moved to my trunk which was fine; but a couple papers that were sitting in my passenger seat were closed in the door so they got damaged. Overall kind of a below average experience, but it looks clean now?
