My Grandson loves “Sliders” (White Castle cheeseburgers) and I took him to dinner at ~6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. We wanted to order inside but both doors were locked with no signage indicating “Drive Through Dining Only.” We went to the drive through line. The young lady taking the orders was extremely polite, well mannered and well spoken. He ordered 4 cheeseburgers, a medium order of fries and a medium drink. The WCs were given to us in an unmarked brown paper bag. The French fries were served hot, the drink was fine, but the WCs were served with the cheese not melted. I realize we live in a new Covid environment but not serving a WC hot is “Just tragic.”

I needed coffee. First time here. Coffee was really good. The gal that served me was friendly and matter of fact all the employees were kind and had smiles to go around. After coffee, i had 2 1921 burgers and 2 bacon cheese sliders. Surprisingly good. I really enjoyed my meal.

I placed and order through the drive-through. Went up to the window. I actually ordered a combo with a soda with no ice. But the employee at the window gave me a soda with ice. Then got an attitude because she messed up on my other. "So" another employee overheard our conversation an actually apologize for the other rude employee. "So" the five stars is for the employee that was professional enough to apologize for another employee mess up. Customer Service is very important it can make or break a business. The employee who apologized deserve everything that’s coming to her that’s amazing.
