I've been to this wendy's many times, however, this one worker there called Anisah, was super great! 10/10 service from her and I hope she gets a much needed raise! Most of the other employees are fine, except once where I asked that I ordered a water and they just never gave it to me. But most of the time an okay place when their card reader is working.

When you wait through the drive through and then get told that the drive through is cash only and to come inside to pay with card is a bit problematic. Then inside and the drive through is the only line really moving so you need to wait extra long inside to order food. The floors inside are really sticky all over. The gal that took my order seed nice, though. Edit: so got my food! Thirty minute process from start to finish. Fries are really tasty (have a bit extra crunch that Wendy's does not normally have which is a plus for me). Also in my takeaway order they forgot the nugget sauces I ordered. Edit2: another visit supplies this information: no credit cards are taken and they are only taking cash with exact change.

Don't waste your time here. They open when they feel like it if at all. Half the time only takes cash like it's a bodega. If you do get food check it twice because it's probably wrong. No wonder the McD's down the street has such a long line and this has none.

Placed an order via the Wendys app. Got there, was told they were out of burgers, that's fine. However I asked for a refund as there's no option for that in the app. The manager there said they have nothing to do with the app, THEN cussed me out! So they stole my money and didn't provide any alternatives replacements for my order. Very rude and unprofessional staff!
