We have had a wonderful experience with this company. The workers are incredibly responsible and reliable. We had an entirely new propane system put in to replace our oil system. When a sink near the boiler had a leak the company sent a man out on Saturday, within a half hour to solve our problem. The company also was really flexible working around my in home work schedule. Our new boiler/water heater is very awesome

Delivery driver & techs are friendly & knowledgeable. Customer service phone staff is friendly & upbeat every time I call. We have service contract for our furnace with Deadriver, it pays for itself. I don’t have to worry about who to call late at night, weekend or holiday when our furnace chooses not to work. Deadriver sends a tech out any day, any time. Great peace of mind. We have auto delivery set up, and that’s been very convenient. It’s one less thing I need to keep track of, they never let my tanks get low.

We have just signed up as new customers, and right off the bat we felt that we would be known by name right away and receiving the best and most affordable service options available. The multiple options is nice to consider and decide what meets our needs best. The added bells and whistles, like a credit to start for being a new customer were unexpected, and the customer service was fantastic. All our questions were answered and we felt very well informed.

Be aware that when you are on Easy Cap and other delivery services- you are charged a .20 per gallon on top of all the other service fees for your oil. It does not say that anywhere. You are charged for your service contract, charged for your easy cap insurance plus you pay the .20 additional per gallon for it being a full service company. Though they have great service people should be aware of how much they are paying for it.

They never answered my question-WOW!
Hi Cynthia- yes, you can purchase your own propane tank. You would receive a new tank and would be fully responsible for all of the maintenance and costs associated with the tank. It's generally more cost effective to rent them if you're using a small amount of propane each year. Pricing varies depending on the size. Please contact the local office directly for a quote. Thank you. -The Customer Service Team
