Had two orders to pickup for delivery. Both orders together was 14 sliders and 2 orders of mozz sticks. I was 3 cars back. Took 20 min to get to the window and was then asked to pull up. I sat for another 20 min while cars behind came and left. I tried calling the store to check on my orders but no one would answer. Guy at the window was not polite. Poor experience.

I have always received fresh food and fries here, employeeshave always been pleasant. Where they are lacking is Napkins. I have been to this location numerous times and never once received a napkin. Just a reminder always ask for napkins.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. I order a #1 with a coke and was asked at least 4 different times by 3 people what did i order. Definitely not a fast food place and the fries were cold when i finally got my order. Definitely will not visit this location ever again.

Went to this white castle the other day it wasn't so great anymore. I remember going here and their food use to be great but anymore this is the worst white castle I have ever at. The slider was soggy I tried the new 1921 slider. Then I got a 10 piece mozzarella and they were cold and soggy and tasted like old grease. The line was pretty long as well the guy two cars in front of me got tired of waiting and took off. My review would be better if they trained the staff better and started cleaning the restaurant better change the grease things like that. Teach them how to cook the food the right way to white castles expectations. I would be careful for now eating here until these issues are fixed. Will update my review once the issues are fixed.

I disagree. Most of them are kids at there first job or older people. Mistakes happen. I assure you no company "LIKES" to rip people off.
