Cleanest McDonald's of all I've ever visited, nicest staff, food orders are always correct and the food is hot and fresh. We drive several miles out of the way to go to this particular McDonald's, while we have 2 in opposite directions of our home within 2 miles.

They were quite busy. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits a small coffee and a large coke. Everything was rung up correctly but I received a diet coke instead of a coke. Had my order been correct the score would have been higher.

Going through the drive through we had to wait several times to give them our order. When I ordered a doubl quater pounder with no pickle, I received a double cheese burger. I tired call several time but I kept getting a busy signal, so I believe they leave their phones off. I dont normally do this but it was ridiculous the whole way through. I paid eleven dollars for a double cheese burger.

Why does this location always tell me to ‘pull over there’. Just for 1 order of burger. I think the staffs just enjoy forcing the customer to pull over and wait so that they can keep texting. One of the laziest McDonald place I have been.

A strange thing about McDonald's in Indianapolis is that if you ask for some kind of ice cream or shake they tell you the machine "is turned off so it can clean itself" and it is that way all night and usually all morning and part of the evening. So it is "off so it can clean itself" about 12 continuous hours of the day, and maybe other times too. If you are the first one to get them to give you a shake it's hard to tell what they will give you except it's not frozen, not mixed, and is mostly vanilla sludge with a few swirls of strawberry or chocolate in it. If it is cleaning itself then people aren't doing it so it's hard knowing what you are getting. There was recently a worker somewhere in the country who took a picture of a McDonald's ice cream machine that cleans itself and posted it online. He was fired because it showed all sorts of mold growing in the machine. It's hard to tell why McDonald's in Indianapolis turns off its ice cream machines for 12 hours at a time.
