Honestly I didn’t even get to the point of ordering. I arrived at 3:37, was the third car in line for drive thru. One car went, then was the second car. Waited for 7 minutes, called in. Was told they had no workers yet they weren’t going to help us or close the restaurant.

I wanna give it more stars but they haven't even earned one. I want to go to a fast food place to sit down and enjoy my lunch. Every time I've gone, I've been forced to go thru drive-thru. I just happened to notice today that the door on the drive-thru side of the building was open, so I went in. They treated me like I was a second class customer because they were prioritizing drive-thru. When I finally got served, I pointed out that their doors on the other side were locked. The manager said "I know", then mumbled something about that I wasnt even supposed to be in the lobby yet. I asked her to repeat it because I didn't understand her. She said "you're fine, don't worry about it", basically telling me not to tell her what to do. Unfortunately most all fast food restaurants are this way nowadays. What has happened?

Please advise and train on duty manager and staff member that worked approximately 4:30pm 6/19/22 of how to professionally and politely answer questions without yelling through a speaker. I asked what type of cooking oil was used for the fries and was repeatedly told natural frying oil and yelled at. This doesn't tell me what type of oil is used. I asked for clarification and was yelled at. I went to the window to discuss and explain my question but the employees ran from the drive thru window and never returned. Education is key. Cooking oil examples are canola, olive, soy, vegetable, avocado, peanut, etc. It's a fair question that doesn't warrant the rude and unprofessional reaction received.

Went to the drive thru at about 7:30pm only to be rudely informed they were closed. No indication anywhere on the building to show they were closed, and there was a car at the drive thru window, which would lead one to assume they were open. Especially at dinner time.
