5 stars to morning breakfast crew! But no stars at all to the unorganized PM crew. Fries we’re not hot at all that it seems like it’s been sitting around before they serve it and they seem to crack under pressure.

Stood here for five minutes before I left because I was never even acknowledged. All while this girl sat on her phone with her back to a whole line of people and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to hear us at all. Why have the lobby open if this is how you treat guests?

Nice place but a lot of cars most of the time. I normally wait around 10 min average being in line if not more. But quality is not so bad for being a Fast Restaurant

I came in to order 2 drinks and 1 cookie. It took them 20 mins to give us the cups to make our own drinks. It took another 10 to give me my cookie. I ordered 1 cookie!! Me and my friend were joking they must be making them fresh as it was taking so long and the display case was empty. Shocked doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. My 1 cookie was in a big box and thrown in the bag. When I opened it it was broken and seemed like it was scraps like someone else had been eating it in the back and then put in the box. Maybe it was a mistake or it was actually a fresh cookie they just threw around. Thankfully it was only .39 cents this time since the last time I came here and ordered 2 meals and 2 pies and a shake I only got 1 meal and and the wrong soft drink and water and no other food. I will say the workers seem very nice and friendly but the store itself seems run down and understaffed or managed. All the workers were working hard to get the crowded store cleared and it was unfortunate they were stuck with broken menus and kiosks.
