They gave me a salad but the parm cheese was slimy and smelled really bad. I asked if they could swap it out and they said no and so I asked for a refund and they said they could remake the salad but they where very rude. So I was like can I just get a refund. They kept telling me no refund until they got their manager. He smelled it and tried to keep a straight face but you could tell he thought it was gross so he refunded me. The teenage girl that works there just needs fired. It’s not her job to argue about the quality of a salad and she can’t just refuse a refund. It would be different if I just ate it and then tried but it was so bad smelling and looked nasty. Also they’re always screaming and yelling in the back while the cashier is trying to do their job.

Staff couldn't be more miserable. Somehow takes longer than any other fast food place. Go somewhere else.

Oh Lordy, the girl working the window is stunned and in a haze! How hard is it to get mayonnaise on the side!?! Then I pulled away and didn't get what I ordered on my cheeseburger!!! 😠🤬 How and why can't people take an order? And still have a job counting money? Wow! A lot of screaming going on inside and no one is doing their job. Way to go wanting $15 an hour!

We wanted to dine-in but inside was closed. Went through drive-thru. They always make my sandwiches wrong. No sour cream for my sour cream & chives potato. NEVER AGAIN.
