What a horrible Wendy's franchise. Stopped there on a Sunday at 4 pm. 2 cars in the parking lot, people dining inside. Went in, only to be told by the "manager" that she was closing because 2 of her employees had just quit before I arrived and she fired a 3rd. Said she couldn't and wouldn't attempt to operate the restaurant by herself. Please don't reward this franchise owner with your money. Give it to places that are trying.

We ordered two large frosty and the manager on duty swiped our card twice double charging us. When we called to tell her, she was very rude to us. She denied it even though we had proof. I'll never go to that one again.

Garbage! The only thing they got right was a spicy chicken sandwich from my order my burger? Nowhere to be seen everybit of my wife's food didn't get it my daughters meal half right everybody's drink were flat and wrong avoid this joint at all cost

This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We waited 6 minutes at the drive up at the mic and when we finally got the chance to order the gentleman taking our order stopped my husband in the middle of our order and said "wait a minute, you know the lobby is open and you can come inside, right?" Ummm ,hello if we wanted to come inside we would have. Needless to say, we left and went next door to Steak n Shake where they were more than happy to take our order thru the drive thru.
